Ingredients
1 oz. Appleton Estate rum
1 oz. St. James Royal Amber rum
1 lime
1/2 oz. almond or orgeat syrup
1/2 oz. orange curaçao
Mint sprig
Pineapple spear
Cherry
Lime wedge
Crushed ice
Tools
Highball glass
Shaker
Citrus squeezer
Preparation
1. In an empty shaker, combine 1/2 oz. almond or orgeat syrup, 1/2 oz. orange curaçao, the juice of 1 lime,1 oz. (light) Appleton rum and 1 oz. (dark) St. James Royal Amber rum.
2. Add a large scoop of crushed ice, shake, then pour the entire mixture into a glass.
3. Garnish with a pineapple spear, cherry, lime wedge and mint.
