Makes 1 cocktail
1 1/2 ounces sweet tea vodka
4 mint leaves
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1. Muddle blackberries and mint with simple syrup.
2. Add sweet tea vodka and shake in cocktail shaker.
3. Strain into champagne flute and top with champagne.
4. Garnish with a mint leaf or blackberry.
This is my runner-up for best Bloody Mary, a hearty drink with a hint of the sea. Serves one.
