Parmesan Cheese Bread
Crispy Parmesan bread is the perfect appetizer for your next Italian-inspired dinner party.

Makes 4-5 servings.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs. snipped chives or parsley
4 or 5 slices of 1/2-inch-thick French or Italian bread
Directions:
In small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in chives or parsley. Set aside.
Place bread slices on rack of unheated broiler pan. Broil three to four inches from heat about 1 minute or until toasted.
Turn bread over, spread some of the mixture on untoasted side of bread. Broil mixture side up three to four inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until light brown.
