Materials Needed:
- scrapbooking paper, wallpaper or colored card stock
- scissors
- double-sided tape
- 2 1/2-inch round paper punch
- hot glue gun
- glue sticks

Print and Cut Reindeer Tags
Print and cut the circular Rudolph tags using scissors or a 2-1/2 inch round paper punch.
Fold Paper Rosettes
Fold a 8-1/2 by 11 inch piece of paper into an accordion with 1-inch folds. Repeat twice to get three folded rectangles of paper.
Connect Folded Paper
Fold each widthways and secure with tape. Attach all 3 pieces together and secure the middle with duoble-sided tape.
