How to Make Eucalyptus-Pine Firestarters

Materials Needed:
- paraffin or soy wax blend
- eucalyptus essential oil
- pine essential oil
- green wax dye
- miniature pinecones
- flip-top glass jars
- wax paper
- kitchen towel
- ivory cardstock
- natural twine
- double-boiler
- kitchen tongs
Melt Paraffin or Wax
Melt the wax or paraffin over low heat in a double boiler.
Add Essential Oils
Add one teaspoon each of the eucalyptus and pine essential oils.
Dip Pinecones
Using tongs, dip each pinecone into the wax until it is fully covered. Let dry on the wax paper.
