Inspired by days spent on the beach, a la Gilligan's Island, bourbon is mixed with ginger-infused apple cider for an unexpected and fruity twist.

Ingredients:
2 oz. Maker's Mark bourbon
6 oz. ginger-infused apple cider
1/2 tsp. agave nectar, optional
lemon wedge garnish
Preparation:
In a shaker filled with ice, add bourbon, apple cider and 1/2 teaspoon agave syrup. Shake and pour over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
