Off to Brazil and the land of cachaca, a liquor made from distilled sugar-cane juice (most other rums are distilled from molasses).
Ingredients:
2 cups of watermelon (seedless)
6 strawberries chopped (freeze and chop in advance if possible)
2 oz. Cuca Fresca Cachaça
2 oz. condensed milk
1 Tbs. superfine sugar
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
Sprig of fresh mint for garnish
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Add ice and blend until smooth. Garnish with a mint sprig.
