Frozen Waterberry Batida
This cocktail combines cachaca with strawberries and watermelon to create the perfect fruity drink for your next gathering.

Off to Brazil and the land of cachaca, a liquor made from distilled sugar-cane juice (most other rums are distilled from molasses).
2 cups of watermelon (seedless)
6 strawberries chopped (freeze and chop in advance if possible)
2 oz. Cuca Fresca Cachaça
2 oz. condensed milk
1 Tbs. superfine sugar
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
Sprig of fresh mint for garnish
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Add ice and blend until smooth. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Forget the frosting this time and stencil baked goods with powdered sugar.
