Frozen Margie-Cadorita Cocktail Recipe

Guacamole and tortilla chips are the perfect amigos for margaritas, and this version includes guacamole's essential element. Serves one.

Ingredients:

1-1/2 oz. top shelf silver tequila
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier or Cointreau
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup diced avocado
1 oz. half-and-half
1 tsp. sugar
Lime wedge for garnish
Avocado slice for garnish (optional)
1/2 to 3/4 cup of crushed ice

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients except the lime wedge and avocado slice garnish in a blender. Add ice and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a chilled margarita glass. Garnish with lime wedge and avocado slice.
