Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 tbs. sweet relish
1 tbs. whole grain mustard
2 tbs. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Smoked paprika
Directions
1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half. Scoop out the yolks and combine in a bowl.
2. Add the other ingredients except for the paprika and mix together. You can taste the mixture and adjust ingredients for your own taste.
3. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves and sprinkle with the paprika. Serve chilled, the same day you made them.
