Giveaway Start and End Dates
The HGTV Dream Home Giveaway begins on December 29, 2011. See Rules for the HGTV Dream Home 2012 Giveaway entry period. For more details about the home, visit Dream Home Central and the Building of HGTV Dream Home 2012 package on HGTVRemodels.com.

Ways to Enter
Each member of a family may enter online once per day on HGTV.com and FrontDoor.com, as long as each member has his or her own unique email address. If family members share one email address, only one family member is eligible to enter online. In addition to entering the Giveaway online, individuals may also enter via US Mail. There is no limit placed on mail-in entries; however, only one entry per envelope or per postcard will be accepted. See Rules for specific details.

Duplicated Address Labels
Printed address labels are considered mechanical entries and are therefore not accepted. Mass-produced entries are not accepted. The return address can be a stamp or a sticker.

Postcards
Postcards may be mailed as-is or sent in envelopes. Each postcard must meet the USPS minimum size requirement of 5 inches long x 3 ½ inches high.

Street Address or P.O. Box
Entrants must provide a street mailing address for prize delivery purposes.

Duplicate Entries
The first daily entry per person is retained for the Giveaway; duplicates are deleted. Entrants will not be disqualified for submitting duplicate entries. Each day begins at 00:00:01 and ends at midnight.

Remember Me Feature
A computer's "cookies" must be enabled for the "Remember Me" feature to function properly. How it works: Fill in all Giveaway fields upon first entry. For return entries, fill in only the email address field and click into the next field or on the enter button for all other fields to auto-populate. Do not hit the return key on the computer keyboard. The Remember Me feature does not remember multiple email addresses from one computer. If more than one person in a household is submitting online entries, the “Remember Me” feature remembers the contact information of the most recent online entry.

To determine taxes associated with winning HGTV Dream Home, please seek legal counsel and base calculations on the approximate retail value of the prize, which is provided in the Rules.
