Strings of red beads serve as curtain tie backs, and Kim used her creativity to decorate the adjacent wall space. "I created license-plate bulletin boards, and they were both simple and inexpensive," she explains. "I purchased cork squares at the office supply ($10 for four), and trimmed them to fit the license-plate rims ($4 each)."
