Steve Assists a Couple in Finishing Their Formerly Dilapidated Home by Installing a Fence and Enclosing a Side Patio

Todd and Sian have lived in their home for six months. Despite its rough condition, they fell in love with the house because of its views. Todd is a retired professional BMX rider, and Sian is a marketing consultant for a major clothing company. Despite their busy schedules, they have transformed the dilapidated house into something of their own. Now close to the finish line, they need help enclosing a side patio and a few other nagging projects.
