The small transition space between the dining area and the pool features a modern parterre cut into the paving — a pattern made of cream-colored concrete pavers with synthetic turf between them. Boxed hedges and topiary trees in large earthenware pots enhance the grandeur and overall symmetry giving the aesthetic of a typical Italian Renaissance garden. Photography by Jason Busch.
