A classic armchair in a coral-patterned fabric ties in perfectly with the coastal feel of the home. A traditional dark timber sideboard is framed by tall white pyramid lamps and black-and-white sketches of beachscapes. "Mixing a strong geometric pattern like the chevron cushion with an organic print you can see on the chair, is the simplest way to get pattern mixing right," says designer Anna Williams of Ethos Interiors.
