The subtle glaze on this kitchen's wall cabinets adds dimension and interest without overwhelming the space. The same countertop material carried through the kitchen unifies the different cabinet materials. Airy chandeliers do not take up as much visual space as other light fixtures, so err on the generous side when determining size. Photography by Kim Ashford
