Designer's Notes

To avoid making the room too dark, picture railing molding was added to delineate color blocks, and the ceiling and wood were painted white. To add visual interest and create an eclectic dialog with the modern furniture, antique Italian chairs updated in a colorful Turkish material were added to the mix.
