Designer's Notes

Located in the heart of the Chelsea district in New York City, this 5,000-square-foot duplex loft houses an amazing collection of art. The living room features a 25-foot-high ceiling, props from Broadway shows (the homeowner is a Broadway producer) and choice pieces of the homeowners' art collection. The drawing over the chairs is 12 feet high.
