The wall above the mantel is the focal point in this living room. The composition of art is balanced, yet feels collected over time. Trying to create a perfect symmetrical composition with different shapes and sizes can make a collection look stiff. Go for a more organic composition that creates a sculpture-like shape on the wall to look more interesting and give more personality to the room.
