Designer's Notes

A hexagon tile floor and subway tile with dark grout in the shower give this boys' bathroom a vintage look. Two rustic wood mirrors replace a long single mirror to personalize the space. The cabinets are painted Benjamin Moore's Raccoon to add a masculine touch, while limestone countertops, new hardware, lighting and faucets complete the look. Designer Tip: Run shower or bathtub tile all the way to the ceiling. It gives the space a custom look and makes ceilings look taller. Photography by Sarah Dorio.
