Designer's Notes

This roof deck is converted from a typical tar roof deck. A removable, modular ironwood grid is designed to float above the existing sloped drainage system to allow for speaker wires, irrigation and gas lines to be hidden yet easily accessible. Features include an architectural water element with copper runnel, Viking BBQ island, custom sectional, 12-foot diameter multi-directional umbrella, dining for eight and a sun deck with chaise lounges.
