Designer's Notes

Creative solutions in design along with form and function came together here in the divider wall that becomes the media A/V wall to the living area and creates a soundproof partition at the same time. The lower portion of the cabinet that houses all the A/V equipment graciously floats off the floor, and the upper shelving above the TV has sliding doors and serves as storage for CD's and DVD's. The mahogany dark wood panel, where the flat screen TV hangs, appears to float off the surrounding white satin finish millwork structure that blends seamlessly to the adjacent white walls.
