Designer's Notes

A traditional sofa upholstered in an off-white woven cotton fabric is punched up with some whimsical Jonathan Adler ‘fruit’ pillows and some yellow and custom-made, white crewel pillows. Because of the limited space, a small vintage gold iron ‘shafts of wheat’ base with a glass top is a substitute for the coffee table. Other seating in this area includes a Phillipe Starck Ghost chair. The windows on three sides of this room provide wonderful morning light as well as a soothing afternoon glow, and also serve as the perfect surface to display a vintage rock-and-roll album collection.
