A lakefront home always inspires me to bring the outside into the interior, so pulling from the remarkable hues sparkling off Cherokee Lake and the age-old stones along its shores, we have this living room. I see it as an organic approach to modern-rustic. The daybed in front of the windows allows the homeowner to recline and take in the splendor of this breathtaking body of water while reading a favorite novel.
