Designer's Notes

The view into this penthouse from its balcony shows the two-story living room, the dining and kitchen areas on the upper level and a dropped ceiling that unifies all the spaces on the different levels. Custom cabinetry houses a home office and a wet bar on the lower level and a pantry and buffet/TV cabinet on the kitchen/dining level. Neutral tones and two-story Venetian plaster panels on the wall complete the dramatic setting. Artwork is by the designer.
