This garden room is seen as the transition between the inside of the house and the garden itself. Autumn slate floors in various colors make that transition seamless; light floods the room from the vaulted skylights above, the triple windows on each side wall and the three pairs of French doors that open to the deck. The curtains are see-through "mummy" cloth, hanging from custom bronze rods that extend wall-to-wall. The room is indoor-outdoor living at its best.
