Set between the living room and the kitchen/dining space is a grand 6-foot-wide by 12-foot floor-to-ceiling fireplace. Flanked by two columns, you cannot see both sides of the fireplace at once. Different materials were selected for each side that reflects the corresponding room, yet is unified when viewed as a whole. The unnoticeable fireplace was transformed into a stunning centerpiece in the rooms, each with its own personality.
