In 1996, Patrick Cronin bought his dream home--a charming 1950s fixer-upper. In June 2002, he rebuilt the 1,800-square-foot seaside cottage from the ground up, adding a second story and a third bedroom and bath. With the exterior and structural work complete, Cronin is now ready to begin decorating the inside and would welcome the help of a professional in designing the room where he spends a lot of time--his home office.
