Opening Up a House to Make the Most of Its Amazing Ocean Views

Bobby and Garrett found an Oahu home right on the edge of the ocean. However, the house wasn't built to make the most of the amazing views. Choosing from among three design teams, the pair plan to open the place up by creating a kitchen/great room where they can see the water while they cook and entertain. They want nothing but the best and figure $300,000 will be plenty for the project.
