Another Baby, Another Room

Heather and Demian Holmberg have a 1-year-old and another baby on the way. Although they have lived in their house for less than a year, things are starting to feel cramped already. They are looking to move into bigger digs with more room to grow. The Designed to Sell team, led by designer Monica Pedersen, signs on to help the Holmbergs fix up their fixer-upper.
