Materials Needed:

  • lamp and plain white shade
  • 90 candy wrappers (Starburst used here)
  • clothes iron
  • wax paper
  • spray mount glue
  • Mod Podge
  • sponge brush

Step 1

To remove candy residue and flatten the wrappers (we used about 90 Starburst wrappers), arrange them in a single layer, printed side up, on a sheet of wax paper. Iron on medium.

Step 2

Using spray mount glue, affix wrappers to the shade in vertical rows, overlapping wrappers slightly.

Step 3

Brush on a thin coat of matte Mod Podge to seal.
