Home Exterior

Darren and Shannon Lacey pose with Realtor Andrea Murphy in front of their home in Evansville’s Poet Square community. The couple found the neighborhood on a leisurely drive one evening and loved its retro-inspired design, with all garages on side alleys rather than in front of the homes. Andrea – who lives in the neighborhood – helped them find a home that fit their needs in the community.

A fabulous kitchen was high on the wish list for Darren and Shannon. This one delivered with stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile flooring and granite countertops.

Dining Room

Crown molding and wood flooring dress up the formal dining room.

The first-floor master suite serves a relaxing retreat for both people and pets. Not pictured are the walk-in closet and the beautiful bath with double-sink vanity and whirlpool tub.

Great Room

Darren and Shannon pose in the great room, which features wood floors and a soaring cathedral ceiling. The bar area separating the great room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining.
