How to Use a Quilt Ruler
1. Find the 45-degree line on the ruler and mark it with a sticky note.
2. Line up the 45-degree line with the straight edge of the fabric.
3. Move the straight edge to the end point of the fabric and cut to make your initial 45-degree cut.
4. Then, keeping the 45-degree line on the straight edge of the fabric and the straight measurements lined up with the initial angle, move the ruler to the desired strip width and cut.
