With the help of an upholsterer, walnut-hued legs and extra arm padding were added. The tufting, swivel mechanisms, and skirting was lost to give the chairs a sleek silhouette. The new cane-weave cotton fabric, in gray and white, looks fresh paired with a gold table and a green ikat rug. A night-sky-blue velvet pillow shakes up the color scheme.
