Soak the foam in a bucket of water for 10 minutes. Place the foam inside of the birdcage.

Start with the greens. Cut the stem of the green on an angle. Remove the leaves on the bottom two inches of the stem. Stick into the foam. Use greens at different lengths to create movement in your design.
