Build a Boo-tiful Balloon Garland This Halloween

All you need is a great color theme and about an hour to create this fanciful garland.

Balloon garlands make the perfect party backdrop and are guaranteed to embolden any area with a dose of cheer. Select a modern color palette to complement your party theme and follow our simple steps for a Pinterest-worthy celebration in less than an hour's work.

What You'll Need

  • hand-held air pump
  • balloons
  • twine

Inflate + Cluster Balloons

Purchase various balloon sizes to give visual interest. Pair inflated balloons to create unique color clusters.

Measure + Cut Twine

Measure a length of twine to cover the desired area; add additional inches for knotting and hanging.

Assemble Balloon Garland

Tie knots around the base of each individual balloon. Densely cluster balloons along the entire length of the twine until you’ve reached your desired look.

Hang + Embellish

Hang your balloon garland in your party space. Tape smaller balloons in gaps to fill spots. Embellish the balloon garland with our free printable bat template to lend a spooky vibe to your Halloween soirèe.
