Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into large florets (about 6 cups)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
2 tablespoons butter, melted
blue cheese dressing
carrot sticks
celery sticks

Instructions

1. Preheat grill on medium-high heat. In a large bowl, toss together cauliflower, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle hot sauce and melted butter on top, and toss to coat. Thread cauliflower evenly onto 15 4-inch skewers.

2. Grill, covered, turning as needed, for 12-14 minutes or until cauliflower is tender-crisp. Serve with blue cheese dressing, carrot and celery sticks.

Tip: For a milder flavor, reduce hot sauce to 1/3 cup.
