Mango Cilantro Salsa

Ingredients

1 10-ounce bag frozen mango, thawed
1 scallion
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup cilantro
1 lime, juiced
1/2 navel orange, juiced or 1/4 cup
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Yield: 1 cup

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Serve with baked plaintain chips or as a sauce for chicken.
