Materials Needed:

  • 1/2 yard brightly-colored tulle
  • wooden drink stirrers
  • white craft glue
  • scissors

Affix Tulle to Drink Stirrers

Cut the tulle into 1-inch strips. Tie the strips around the top of plain, wooden stirrers. Glue into place at the very top of the stick.

Add to Party Drinks
