1/2 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce rum
1/2 ounce tequila
1/2 ounce gin
1/2 ounce triple sec
splash of cola
lemon slice or wedge

Preparation

1. Fill glass with ice.

2. Add vodka, rum, tequila, gin and triple sec.

3. Add a splash of cola.

4. Garnish with lemon.

Replace cola with splash of cranberry juice.
Replace lemon garnish with lime.
