Heirloom Tomato and Burrata Crostinis

Ingredients

one French baguette, thinly sliced
extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled
6-8 zebra tomatoes (any color) sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
1 lb. fresh Burrata cheese
Maldon salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Ingredients

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange the sliced baguette onto a baking sheet and drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.
2. Place into the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the bread is just slightly golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.
3. Rub the peeled garlic on top of each piece of bread to infuse it with garlic. Arrange the Burrata cheese and sliced tomatoes on top of the crostini pieces on a serving platter. Dust the tomatoes with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
