Healthy Shamrock Shake

Detox from all that green beer with a healthy version of the traditional shamrock shake this St. Patrick's Day.

Ingredients:

3 frozen bananas
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups spinach
2 teaspoons natural unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon chopped mint leaves
gold sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker. Garnish with chocolate chips, mint leaves and a gold sprinkles rim. To rim glass, place sprinkles in a plate. Dip glass rim into hot water, then into plate filled with sprinkles.
