Ingredients

Serves 10-15

  • 4 avocadoes
  • Juice of 2 limes, plus more to taste
  • 8 oz. goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • Pinch of kosher salt, plus more to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Preparation

Scoop avocado flesh into a medium bowl and mash it with a fork. Season with lime juice and salt, and then fold it into the pico de gallo and goat cheese until creamy. Serve with torilla chips.
