Off to Brazil and the land of cachaca, a liquor made from distilled sugar-cane juice. This frozen cocktail tops the cachaca with strawberries and watermelon, the perfect fruity drink for your next spring or summer gathering.

Off to Brazil and the land of cachaca, a liquor made from distilled sugar-cane juice (most other rums are distilled from molasses).

Ingredients:

2 cups of watermelon (seedless)
6 strawberries chopped (freeze and chop in advance if possible)
2 oz. Cuca Fresca Cachaça
2 oz. condensed milk
1 Tbs. superfine sugar
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
Sprig of fresh mint for garnish

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Add ice and blend until smooth. Garnish with a mint sprig.
