You'll need: 1 store-bought flatbread; 3-5 figs (or enough to cover entire flatbread); 1 tablespoon honey; sea salt; 8 ounces blue cheese crumbles; 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Add olive oil to the flatbread using a basting brush.
Sprinkle Sea Salt
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt to the top of the flatbread.
Cover With Crumbles
Lightly cover the sea salt and olive oil with blue cheese crumbles, creating a layer approximately two crumbles thick.
Add Figs + Bake
Use a knife to slice figs into 1/8-inch thick slices, then place the figs on top of the blue cheese crumbles. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F until cheese is melted or flatbread is crisp around the edges. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey.
