Cranberry-Walnut Relish Recipe
Make this ahead of time by combining all the ingredients except the honey and refrigerating overnight. Add the honey right before serving.
1 cup finely chopped cranberries
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons fresh, finely chopped rosemary
2 tablespoons honey
salt and pepper to taste
pomegranate seeds (optional)
1. In a medium bowl, combine cranberries, red onion, walnuts, rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Add honey right before serving, and sprinkle pomegranate seeds for additional color and taste. Serve with bread and cheese.
