  • 2 cups brandy
  • 4 cups apple cider or apple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups ginger ale
  • 2 cups fresh apples, cubed
  • dash of cinnamon
  • mint leaves, for garnish
