Sip on Cinnamon Apple Sangria at Your Fall Gatherings
- 1-2 bottles white wine (pinot grigio or Chenin blanc)
- 2 cups brandy
- 4 cups apple cider or apple juice
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 cups ginger ale
- 2 cups fresh apples, cubed
- dash of cinnamon
- mint leaves, for garnish
In a large pitcher combine wine and apple cider to taste.
Add ginger ale and stir.
Add pineapple juice and brandy.
Add a dash of cinnamon and stir until blended.
Chop two cups of fresh apples into cubes and place in the pitcher. Refrigerate for two hours; this allows the flavors to mingle.
Pour over ice, and garnish with mint leaves.
