Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
½ cup peanut butter chips
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup roasted peanuts
Makes 24–36 pieces
Line a baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil or parchment paper. Melt chocolate in microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and heat on high for another 15 to 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. In a separate bowl, melt the chips and butter in microwave on high for 1 minute until smooth. Pour melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread into a ¼-inch-thick rectangle. Drizzle the melted peanut butter mixture over the chocolate. Sprinkle with peanuts. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Peel off the foil or parchment paper and break bark into pieces.
