Caramel-Covered Brie Recipe

This ooey-gooey recipe looks impressive but it really couldn't be easier to make. Your family and guests won't be able to get enough of the warm, flavorful cheese topped with decadent caramel sauce and crunchy pecans.

Since there's no set meal time, an abundant buffet with seasonal favorites is optimal.

Ingredients:
1 15-ounce round of Brie
1/3 cup halved pecans, lightly toasted
1/4 cup store-bought caramel topping
assorted crackers, baguette slices, and fresh fruit

Yield: Serves 8

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Brie round in a shallow ovenproof dish, like a pie plate.
2. Bake until cheese begins to soften and top is bubbly, about 8 minutes. Remove from oven.
3. Use a large metal spatula to transfer brie to a serving platter, then spread with caramel. Arrange pecans around the top, and serve with crackers, baguette slices and fresh fruit.
