A sitting area invites guests to kick back and bask in the Florida sunshine. Two Ebel club chairs, covered in antique-beige Sunbrella cushions, share a rustic, wood side table topped with a concrete base.

Weather Wicker chairs by Ebel are 100-percent weatherproof and crafted of a high-density polyethylene that is recyclable.

Sabal palms, native to the area, frame the home and provide shade for the front porch.

The gracious double front door is protected by a wood and metal overhang. Glazed ceramic planters provide a rustic focal point, while Energy-Star-rated, iron-oxide wall lanterns illuminate the space.
